Smoked BBQ Beef Brisket (cooked weight: ~1.5kg)
USDA beef brisket slathered with a special dry rub overnight and smoked with American hickory wood to a flavourful, tender finish. This juicy meat is then sliced meticulously and glazed with a mouth-watering homemade Smoque BBQ sauce. Choose the meat cut you prefer: original(front-end) cut or lean(flat) cut. The original cut is extra moist & juicy with rich marbling, and the flat cut is uniformly sliced lean meat with less marbling.

Signature Smoked Iberico Pork Ribs (cooked weight: ~850g)
Imported pork spare ribs are coated with the chef's special dry rub overnight. It is smoked with American applewood and glazed with 14-ingredient homemade smoque BBQ sauce to a tender finish so that the meat can be pulled off the bone easily but will not fall off.

BBQ Octopus (cooked weight: ~250g)
Fresh octopus tentacles tenderised and infused with the Chef's homemade BBQ sauce and char-grilled to perfection. In this meaty octopus recipe, the collagen-rich flesh develops bold flavours that complement its crispy charred texture and makes a delicious meal.
